- If you cancel the project within 48 hours of payment and initial planning or design work has begun but no major deliverables have been provided.
- If there is a significant deviation from the agreed scope that cannot be resolved through revision.
c) No Refund
- If the project has progressed beyond the initial design/planning phase and major deliverables have been shared.
- If the project is completed and delivered as per the agreed scope of work.
- For services that have been fully rendered, including AMC and security audits.
- If the client has approved interim deliverables or milestones.
- For delay or non-delivery of content, approvals, or access by the client.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your full name, contact details, service purchased, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and review it within 3-5 business days.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
